Pricing and Returns Policy
All prices on our website and/or other literature are provided in GBP Sterling unless otherwise stated at the time.
Please notify us within ten days of receipt if goods are received damaged or anything is missing from the shipment.
If a shipment is accepted with external damage please ensure this is indicated on the proof of delivery at the time of signature. If possible please provide an image of the damaged shipment to aid the claim process.
Please notify us within 14 days of the invoice date of any missing items or a non-delivery of a shipment.
Before returning any items please contact email@example.com for a Returns authorisation number (RAN). It is the sender’s responsibility to pack items for return in a suitable and safe way with the RAN clearly marked.
We reserve the right to apply a minimum re-stocking charge of 10% on items returned due to e.g. ordering errors.
