You can request a quotation online by following the below steps:

• Select the product variants required and “Add To Quote”.
• Once you have all of the products required, click on “View Quote” or the Quote icon in top, right corner of the page.
• Check that “Your Quote” is correct and click “Proceed To Submit Your Quote”.
• Login to your Account or, if new customer, enter relevant Billing and Delivery Details
• Agree to the website terms and conditions and, if you would like us to keep in touch, click to be added to our newsletter and “Proceed To Submit Your Quote”.

Once we have received your quotation request we aim to respond within 2 working days with an official quotation for the goods.

If the quotation is acceptable, pass the quotation to a purchasing/finance department to order via Purchase Order or email confirmation that you would like to pay by secure Credit Card link provided by WorldPay to sales@emresolutions.com.

All orders will be responded to with confirmation of receipt and your support films will soon be despatched in accordance with the lead time given on the quotation!

Packs of TEM support film and Silicon Windows should be stored in a cool, dark, low-humidity place to avoid contamination and degradation.

The quality of all of our support films are guaranteed for 6 months but, if stored correctly, they should be usable for up to 2 years from manufacture.
