Ultra-Thin Carbon on Lacey Carbon base films offer a high quality, robust and uniform continuous Carbon film which can withstand specimen preparation whilst also minimising background Carbon interference.
Tested and confirmed to be stable under TEM operational conditions of 100 and 120 kV.
Thickness of continuous Carbon film is < 3nm.
